The Custer County Community Health Center was established in 2003 to improve the quality of life for the underserved, uninsured and others in Custer County and the surrounding region. Our Board of Directors and staff are working to strengthen the health of our community. We believe in the right to wellness for all individuals through a comprehensive, preventative approach to health. As dedicated community members we continuously strive to improve the high quality services we provide.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we offer a sliding fee scale based on individual and household incomes as well as reduced pricing on pharmaceuticals for all registered patients of the clinic.

Our clinic is located amidst historical Miles City in southeastern rural Montana. As a frontier community we welcome the opportunity to provide quality of health services for all ages.
